it a heater mounted on a gas stove..white gas--Coleman fuel..
naphtha--whatever you would like to call it..
you remove the burner plate and mount the heater with the two
metal rods you can see in my hand..it's a Annby stove, made in
Korea..it has a mini blowtorch pre-heater on the left..adjustable
and it comes with a dome burner if you want to run it as a silent
burner rather than a roarer..the heater is from the Purple Stove
company also in Korea..i understand these are no longer made..
i have used the stove on St Croix trips as it's a bit heavy with
the blue carrying case..my wife and i have done some Fall camping
at the State Park in Finland and Isabella MN and the heater pumps
out more than enought heat and is adjustable so you can cut it back
after the shelter is warmed up..a tea kettle will sit on top of the
heater--it's made to do that--and will boil a few cups in about
is that a stantern?
