I’ve never been to that area, but I find the interactive snow map on the NOAA website pretty accurate. Lac LaCroix is at about 48.35N, 92.10W. It looks to me there is 14-16 inches of snow on the west end and 16-20 inches on the east end. This won’t help you with slush conditions though.

Planning a 2nd annual snowmobile/snowshoe trip into Lac LaCroix and then into a smaller lake for some lakers in March. Anyone have any intel on how much snow there is on the lakes and in the woods in that area? I know it's early, but you know how it is...
